Friends or ?
Am I crazy or what?
I have a friend (at least I think she is my friend?), that gets me so…..crazy sometimes.
It seems that life is a struggle for me and my SO and it would seem that way for her and hers too. But someone or something always happens to put them in the right all the time.
Both of our cars are in the shop and wouldn’t you know it they have to replace their car, and lo and behold she calls me and said she has something to show me.
Well that same day my SO and I went and bought a van to replace my van that needs engine work. I haven’t even told her about it and here she comes over to my house to show me her new car.
I keep wondering where’s the money coming from so she can pay not 1 car note but 3 notes? Two years ago they got furniture from a rental store and yet have only paid half a year on it all. They have a big screen TV, leather sofa, and queen pillow top bed set, and her SO bragged to me in Church today that they stopped paying on it and the company was writing it off as bad debt.
Is this the same couple that I let my kids hang around? Why do I do this to myself? What am I hoping to gain from maintaining a relationship with her?
She recently had gastro surgery and said that when she loses the weight she is going to hang her pants up in her classroom to show people that you can do anything if you try. What the heck? She tried what? Calling the doctor, having surgery, and then didn’t have to do anything but wait for the surgery to work its magic….that is not trying to me.
While off of work people from church gave her cards with Ben Franklins in them, a new couch, and other things.
See it makes me feels jealous, but yet I know that I don’t want to be like her. I just want some of what she is getting. Why is it that I have to work so hard to get what I have and yet she just walks in and gets away with it.
Tell me why I am jealous of her, tell me do you have relationships like this or am I the only crazy one out here?

meh, i just try to come up with my own methods of awsomeness (even if it's an epic fail)
Well, someday they won't have all that nice stuff if everything is being written off as bad debt...and Mr. Repo Man comes for the cars.
@WorkingMyLifeaway - funny thing is they have had their cars repo'ed in the past. So I need to give up the green eyed monster and let it go.
